REPRESENTED a coalition of professionals specialized in trans and non-binary health intervening on appeal in a constitutional challenge to the laws and regulations governing sex designation change and name change for minors

ACTED on behalf of a trustee in bankruptcy in litigation involving the lifting of lawyer-client privilege in the context of the trustee’s investigation following a significant bank fraud

ACTED for a public health institution in litigation involving the parties’ rights to retrieve their exhibits in a civil suit and the impact of this right on the open court principle

REPRESENTED a multinational engineering firm in litigation following a high-value share purchase transaction

ACTED as a representative of the provisional administrator of La Garantie Habitation du Quebec in arbitration files under the regime of the Regulation respecting the guarantee plan for new residential buildings
