Camille joined Novalex after practicing as a lawyer within a boutique law firm specialized in business and intellectual property law in Montreal for four years.
Camille started her career in Paris where she practiced for three years within a major European firm specialized in intellectual property law.
Her practice focuses primarily on trademark, copyright, and commercial law. Camille assists her clients in selecting and registering the name of their project or business, defining the strategy for protecting their intellectual property rights, and concluding commercial agreements to enhance their intellectual property rights in Canada and abroad. In the event of infringement of its clients’ intellectual property rights, Camille intervenes to develop a strategic approach to litigation and consider settlement options.
Through her international network of correspondents, Camille can assist companies worldwide that want to expand internationally.
Camille is very concerned about the success of companies and the protection of their creations, whatever their field of activity.
