BACHELOR DEGREE IN MARKETING AND A MASTER DEGREE IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

Irina joined Novalex in 2021, after having worked several years in national law firms and as a manager and marketing consultant for a growing Montreal cycling studio.

With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in international business, Irina focused her career on project management. Structured, logical and pragmatic, but also curious, open and creative, with unique human relations skills, Irina knows how to develop and implement a strategy with tact.

At Novalex, her experience is put to good use since she plays a key role within the organization, thus assisting our chief operating officer at an operational and budgetary level, participating in the development and implementation of new internal procedures and processes, essential to the proper functioning of Novalex. Irina is fluent in English, French and Romanian.
