Malini joined Novalex in 2023 after having worked for more than 20 years in various industries including retail, hospitality, banking and legal. She is responsible for the firm’s accounting and finances. 

The experience Malini has acquired over time translates into a high level of organization, rigour and attention to detail. She has solid knowledge of operational processes and human resources, which allow her to play a central role in the firm’s management team. For these reasons, she is regularly asked to advise the company’s leaders namely as relates to growth strategies.
