Marianne joined Novalex after working in a firm specialized in medical and health law as well as within a large law firm in Quebec.
Marianne is a lawyer in our civil and commercial litigation group and practices mainly in health and social services law, medical and hospital liability, civil liability and family and matrimonial law. She is also an accredited family law mediator.
Committed to efficiently support her clients, she regularly promotes the use of alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation. Her expertise and analytical skills allow her to advise, represent and defend the interests of her clients throughout the judicial process.
Marianne completed her Master’s degree in Law and Health Policy at University of Sherbrooke, following the submission of her essay, which aims to provide an analysis of the legislation surrounding access to health care for children in Quebec in accordance with international law applicable in Canada.
