Marie-Christine joined Novalex in 2020 after practising as legal counsel and having multiple management roles in ethics and compliance for major international corporations for over 10 years.
Marie-Christine has a leadership role within the firm. She participates in the strategic development and leads the development and satisfaction of the firm’s clients and its lawyers.
She helps build mobilized, inspired and efficient teams.
During her career, Marie-Christine has had legal counsel and management roles within large Quebec and global companies. She has developed strong skills in corporate governance, strategic planning, and management.
Marie-Christine has completed mandates in more than twenty countries worldwide, providing her with in-depth knowledge of various business, regulatory, economic and socio-cultural issues.
