In 2009, Serina has graduated from the Paralegal Technology program at the Cégep de Lanaudière in L’Assomption.

On August 2021, she joined Novalex as a paralegal and manager of the litigation support team.

For the last twelve (12) years, Serina has mainly worked in private law firms.

At Novalex, her experience is put to good use since she plays a key role in the litigation group.

Serina has a solid experience having worked in files before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court, the Rental Board and before arbitration tribunals.

She is mainly involved in real estate and construction law cases.

Her involvement in files, whether in demand or in defence, is active and the complexity of a case is a source of motivation for her.

Serina stands out for her writing skills. She has a strong procedural knowledge. In the course of her mandates, she also conducts legislative, case-law and doctrinal research, as well as searches in various public records.

Serina is fluent in English, French and Farsi.
