Stéphanie Deslauriers

Director - Operations

Stéphanie first joined Novalex as Corporate Services Manager, Paralegal, after working as a corporate, commercial and banking Paralegal for multiple private law firms and as a Contract Manager for public national and international companies.

After completing paralegal studies, Stéphanie graduated as a paralegal in 2002.  She first worked in several notary and law firms in business and corporate law.  She then worked in banking law for a national firm.

Then, she made the move to work for corporate legal departments to continue her career in the field of contractual review.

In 2017, she completed a certificate in business law from the University of Montreal.

In 2020, she completed a second university certificate in business administration at HEC Montréal and a third certificate at HEC Montréal in business management in 2022.

With these new skills, Stéphanie has now reoriented her career towards management and is now filling the role of Director of Operation at Novalex, combining her legal experience and management skills to help the firm in offering cutting-edge corporate services.
